ETFO New Member Registration Form

If you recently accepted a position with a District School Board in the public elementary panel it is possible that the board has not yet remitted your ETFO dues to initiate your membership in our system.

To help us process your membership as quickly as possible, please send us your contact information along with proof of ETFO membership, such as a recent payslip showing that ETFO dues have been deducted.
